Our incoming Synaptic, Inc. brand managers receive hands-on coaching that covers every aspect of our operations. One of the major points of emphasis in our training system is the importance of setting clear and challenging goals. Having specific objectives in place is vital for a few key reasons. One thing well-defined goals do is keep you motivated. When you can track your progress, and celebrate small milestones on the path to fulfillment, it’s easy to remain focused and perform at your best.
