We Love Our Team Nights!

Company culture is a frequent topic of conversation around the Synaptic, Inc. office. We appreciate the value of a positive work atmosphere, which is why we believe in organizing team nights as often as possible. One of our most recent outings featured a spirited game of laser tag that brought out our competitive sides.

We love spending time together away from work, partly because we get to know one another on a deeper level. After one of our team outings, we always seem to have better understandings of the unique talents we have in our office. We also discover shared interests we may not have known about before. All these positive outcomes lead to stronger overall collaboration on key projects at Synaptic, Inc. HQ.
