Michaela Makes Working Here Even Better

Recognition is the bedrock of Synaptic, Inc.’s success culture. We are quick to congratulate one another, celebrating our wins together and showing gratitude in a variety of meaningful ways.

One of our favorite tools for recognizing team members who deserve a day in the sun is by putting them front and center in our blog. This month, we wanted to make sure that Michaela felt the warm glow of our Synaptic, Inc. spotlight.

Michaela is extremely flexible and adaptable, and has one of those personalities that allows her to tackle whatever comes her way. She’s also a jack of all trades, and takes initiative to get things done. Her ambition is an inspiration to us all, and we can’t say thank you enough for the way she goes above and beyond in both her own career, and in helping others succeed as well.

Even when she’s outside of the office, Michaela is still involved with her teammates. She’s a great colleague and friend. Also, she’s often the person in charge of coordinating our philanthropic efforts, helping our company give back to the community that has supported our success. This is the perfect time to mention that we are currently celebrating Michaela’s two-year anniversary with the firm!
