Learning From the Best in Music City

Our Synaptic, Inc. travel program takes us to some interesting places, and our most recent excursion involved a national training event in Nashville, Tennessee. Tolia and Lucy had the chance to train with the best of the best during their time in Music City. They came back to the home office ready to apply new perspectives and methods to our innovative on-site sales promotions.

When we head out to industry functions with our colleagues, we get to know each other better on a personal level. There’s something about learning new things alongside teammates that makes the information we receive even more impactful. Sharing fresh insights with our colleagues back at the office also helps boost morale. For all these reasons, our team travel events propel us to even greater heights as a company.

National training events like the one in Nashville do more than just provide amazing success tips; they’re also ideal networking opportunities. Tolia and Lucy came back home with expanded contact lists, including people from all corners of our industry. These new connections can serve as sources of helpful advice and put Synaptic, Inc. on a course to further expansion as well.
